Sharing the Fun

Meet Jonathan Smith

When Jonathan showed up at the local BMX track, he was on a bike that barely rolled, wearing a smile from ear to ear. His enthusiasm and energy affected everyone and was only matched by his ability to learn from the others. His positive attitude brought it’s own dynamic to the group.

After his beat up bike was stolen, he continued to show up, riding borrowed bikes and pitching in at the local park. He had become a part of the small but growing local scene at Gillies Creek Park in Richmond Virginia.

With the help of our local community, RADshare was able to donate a brand new BMX bike to get Jonathan rolling again. To say he was stoked would be an understatement, as he shared his own version of gratitude by laughing and yelling as he took off toward the dirt jumps..
